California's Premier Agricultural, Industrial & Commercial Solar Company
Commercial Solar Services
At Premier Renewables, we are continuously evolving our commercial solar system technology to provide our customers with the best comprehensive solar energy solutions on the market today, from the initial onsite evaluation through system operation and maintenance. We accomplish this through a step-by-step process that allows Californian business owners to have full control over the design and engineering of their solar energy system so that they receive one that best serves the specific needs of their company, office, or facility. It’s all part of our mission to provide turnkey solar solutions that are specifically tailored for each client and commercial space. Here’s how it works!
Step 1: Financial Analysis
In order to encourage commercial electricity users in California to take advantage of solar energy systems, there are currently a number of financial incentives available for customers who install solar systems, or modules, to generate their own power. Depending on your specific situation, these incentives can include a federal solar tax credit, a dollar-for-dollar reduction in the amount of tax owed, and accelerated depreciation write-offs. Together, these incentives greatly reduce the overall solar project net cost, which makes installing a solar energy system very compelling when coupled with the fact that the cost of solar modules has dropped by half or more over the last few years.
If you are considering a solar power system for your commercial property, our experts at Premier Renewables can provide a complete financial analysis of the system’s positive effect on your bottom line, including:
- 25-year Cash Flow Analysis
- Breakeven / Payback Calculation
- NPV and IRR values
We also work with major financial organizations who specialize in offering commercial solar financing options for businesses that have chosen to go green. Some of these programs include a lease structure where the lease payments are less than the current electricity bills from the utility company, as well as a power purchase agreement (PPA) that allows the solar energy system to be installed at little or no upfront cost to you. As a renewable energy company that finds immense value in solar systems for businesses, we are happy to discuss these financing options with you before or after we break ground on the design and engineering of your commercial solar systems.
Step 2: Site Evaluation
Prior to beginning any design work on the solar systems, our experts will visit your site in order to determine what the size and scope of the project will be. Obviously, larger buildings will require larger photovoltaic solar systems, but we will also take into account their necessary components, ideal placement, and mounting requirements. During our visit, we will also ask about your company’s energy usage and what you hope to get out of the solar systems, whether that be greater energy efficiency, lower energy bills, solar tax credit, a better business reputation, or all of the above. Unlike other solar system companies, we take the extra step to get to know you and your business well so we have a thorough understanding of your needs and expectations before breaking ground on the engineering phase.
Step 3: Design & Engineering
Based upon the customer’s goals and project site requirements, we will then begin designing and engineering a custom solar power system for your commercial property by determining its optimal size and major components. This is highly contingent on the factors we identify during the site evaluation page, like your company’s land use, projected energy consumption, TOU profiles, and aesthetic considerations. With this, our engineers will create a complete set of construction documents and make detailed equipment selections from top-quality U.S. manufacturers.
Step 4: Solar system Installation & Construction Management
Once we have designed and engineered your commercial solar systems, our construction team will set out to install them on your business or facility. We are proud to have the proper staff and team dynamics to handle large-scale PV construction management projects, and they have performed solar system installations on many large buildings throughout California in the past. That being said, we will implement proper logistics management, procurement, and site construction management to ensure your project is completed on time and on budget. Aiding in the process is our in-house engineering team, which is able to tackle site and/or plan changes with county and utility personnel.
Step 5: Ongoing Operations & Maintenance
Routine maintenance is required for any type of solar power system, yet our vast experience allows us to design and construct PV systems that keep maintenance needs to a minimum. When the need arises, however, we can provide scheduled maintenance, system cleaning, and complete system monitoring to ensure that you are getting maximum energy production and efficiency. After your commercial solar systems have been designed, engineered, and installed by our team of experienced team of solar system experts, we will also train appropriate customer personnel in solar systems safety and basic upkeep. As a company that provides comprehensive solar solutions, this is our way of leaving clients with the tools they need to perform minor solar system maintenance on their own without having to seek outside help and spend extra money.
